5 Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions Agreement for Enrollment at "The Study Zone"

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before submitting the enrollment form:

  1. Registration:
    • Registration implies full participation for the entire academic year.
  2. Schedule:
    • a. Students must select the number of days per week for each subject of interest.
    • b. While efforts will be made to accommodate selected days/times, scheduling is subject to availability.
    • c. In the event of unavailability, attendees agree to follow 'The Study Zone's' provided schedule.
  3. Fee:
    • a. Fees are charged according to the selected schedule per subject/month.
    • b. Acknowledge that fees cover a capped/limited number of sessions per month (sessions per week*4).
    • c. Monthly fees are due at the beginning of each month.
    • d. A 10% late fee will apply if fees are not paid within the first week of each month.
    • e. Attendees understand that fees for absent days will not be refunded or adjusted.
    • f. 'The Study Zone' reserves the right to modify fees during the year without prior notice.
  4. Additional Classes:
    • Any extra classes beyond the scheduled limit will incur additional charges.
    • Alternatively, one missed class per month (due to any reason) will not be adjusted in the following months.
  5. Notice of Absence:
    • Attendees must notify in advance of any anticipated class absence. Absences without prior notice will not be adjusted. An online absence submission form is available at www.thestudyzone.ca, or you can inform us at (647) 849-4344.
  6. Time Punctuality:
    • All students are requested to adhere to class timings. Late arrivals will not be permitted after the scheduled class ends.
  7. Holidays:
    • The center will remain closed on Public Holidays. Missed classes on public holidays are non-adjustable.
  8. Withdrawal of Student:
    • Two weeks' prior written notice is required for withdrawing students from 'The Study Zone.'
  9. Recording:
    • Recording of online classes is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized recording may result in prosecution.
  10. Sharing of Material:
    • Attendees are prohibited from sharing any study material received from 'The Study Zone.'
  11. Modification of Terms:
    • 'The Study Zone' reserves the right to change/update terms and conditions without prior notice.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions and grant permission for my child to attend 'The Study Zone.' I agree to abide by all the terms and conditions set forth herein.

I release and discharge 'The Study Zone' and its employees and contractors from any claims and losses arising from or related to my child's participation in classes at 'The Study Zone' locations (Online and in-person).
