Enrollment terms

Enrolling a student with The Study Zone creates a tutoring agreement between the family and The Study Zone. Key points:

• Programs, schedules and fees are confirmed at enrollment and may be adjusted with reasonable notice.
• Session notes, assessments and learning plans we create remain our materials; your child's progress records are available to you on request.
• Scheduling, cancellations and refunds follow our Attendance & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

When using our website, forms or online sessions, you agree not to misuse them — no spam, no attempts to disrupt the site, and respectful conduct toward our tutors and staff in all communications and sessions.

Liability

We work hard to deliver excellent tutoring, but we can't guarantee specific grades or outcomes — learning depends on many factors, including the student's effort. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question, to the extent permitted by law.
