Yes — when it's live and interactive, which is how we teach. Our online sessions are real-time 1-on-1 lessons with certified Ontario tutors, using an interactive whiteboard and shared resources. Parents receive session notes so progress stays visible.
Your tutor will wait while you reconnect, and the lost time is made up at the end of the session. If the connection can't be restored, the session is rescheduled at no charge.
Absolutely. Many families mix both: in-centre sessions at our Brampton location and online sessions when life gets busy. Just let us know when booking.
